The speech of the President at the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council) of Turkmenistan, the new book "Independence is our happiness" presented to our people, the achievements of our country during the years of independence and the implementation of state policy on youth in our country were held the meeting of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction institute

On October 16, 2021, in the conference hall of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction institute was organized jointly meeting with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, Milli Gengesh (National Council) of Turkmenistan, Halk Maslahaty (People's Council) of Turkmenistan, the Central Committee of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction institute. The meeting was devoted to the speech of our Esteemed President on the meeting of Halk Maslahaty, (People's Council) and to his new book "Independence is our Happiness" and its scientific significance, the achievements of our country during the years of Independence, as well as the comprehensively developed, physically and mentally healthy, well-educated people in our country. To cultivate the qualities of our ancestors, such as the bravery, courage, patriotism, honesty, spirituality, sincerity, pure morality, diligence, which have been formed over the millennia, to build respect for our national heritage. At the meeting of the institute were organized the speeches about the historic speech of our Hero Arkadag on the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council) of Turkmenistan, which became a significant event in the life of our state and society during the campaign, socio-economic and democratic reforms in the years of independence, the development of our homeland, worthy continuation of the remaining national principles, the establishment of the inviolable foundation of our legal and secular state within 30 years. During the meeting propagated the activities of our esteemed President, which implements the humanitarian doctrine, "The state is for the people!" to strengthen Turkmenistan's Independence, increase the international prestige and economic potential of our country, improve the state structure, develop science, education, culture, art, health, other areas of our country, radically change the image of our cities and villages.
