The preliminary round of the creative competition “Brave Fine Fellow of Independent State” was held at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction institute which were announced among the students of the country's higher educational institutions by the Youth Organization of Central Committee of Turkmenistan named after Makhtumguly together with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, on the occasion of Victory Day

Thanks to the peaceful policy of the esteemed President, a significant contribution to the implementation of large-scale programs for the further development and reformation of Turkmenistan, initiatives, national values enriched with new content, have taken a worthy place in the world information system. In our dynamically developing stable state, young people receive high education that meets international standards, expand their knowledge in their chosen specialties, participate in scientific and creative work, expand their worldview and are engaged in physical culture and sports.

Under the wise statements of our hero Arkadag: "Comprehensive cave for decent education and professional training young people, forming the inviolable principles of honour and high morality and true patriotism in the minds of the younger generation lie on the basis of comprehensive reforms carried out by us", the Youth Organization of the Central Committee of Turkmenistan named after Makhtumkuli and the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan announced a creative competition “Brave Fine Fellow of Independent State” among students of higher educational institutions of the country on the occasion of Victory Day in order to identify talented youth. A preliminary tour among students was held between the faculties of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction institute.

During the creative competition, patriotic songs and melodies were performed by the Oguzlar musical group of the Turkmen state Architecture and Construction institute, broadcast on the Yashlyk TV. At the first stage of the competition, the student should tell about the importance of the chosen profession in expressive reading - 3 minutes. At the second stage, the participants had to demonstrate their creative abilities by performing music or poetry or showing a performance on the theme: "Turkmenistan - Motherland of Peace and Trust." In six minutes, the contestant in his performance had to show the qualities inherent in Turkmen youth: inspiration, courage, justice and in the performance, (the contestant had to play the main role in which no more than four students) were allowed to participate. According to the third, stage of the competition, the student had to prepare a three-minute performance of his own composition. The creative competition was very interesting. Students showed their versatile talents and abilities. The jury gave their fair assessment to the performances of the participants. According to the results of the competition for active participation, incentive prizes were received by Mergen Nurlyev 1st year student of the Faculty of Economics and Management on speciality Economics and management (in the construction sphere ) and by Rejepov Halliberdi the 1st year student of the Faculty of Chemical Technology on speciality Chemical technology of inorganic substances". Yakub Ataev, third-year student on speciality of the Water Supply, Water sewerage and protection of Water Resources of Architecture and Construction faculty. Suleiman Ilamanov the 3rd year student of the Road Construction faculty on speciality Manufacture of building materials, products and structures took the 2nd place. Khojadurdy Khojadurdyev, the 3rd year student of the Mechanical Engineering faculty on speciality Electric drive and automation of industrial installations and technological complexes took the 1st place. Serdar Bayramdurdyev, the 1st year student of Computer Technology and Automation faculty on speciality Industrial electronics was awarded The Grand Prix and received the main prize of the creative competition and got the right to participate in the state round of the competition. The students who won prizes were awarded by the Central Council of the Youth Organization named after Makhtumkuli with certificates of honor and valuable gifts.
