Young generation's contribution to Turkmen science praised

In accordance with the Decree of the distinguished President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov No. 14109 of February 5, 2015 “On holding a competition of scientific works among the youth of Turkmenistan”, the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan annually announces a competition of scientific works among young people.

The competition is held in accordance with the priority areas of science with the aim of educating young people with high intelligence, educated, devoted to their native country, people with a broad outlook, so that they become purposeful, hardworking and advanced generations. In addition, this state-level event also sets the task of introducing new scientific and engineering ideas of young scientists into the national economy, industrial-innovative and information-technological developments, promoting the traditions of mentoring and apprenticeship in science, and training highly skilled specialists well-versed in innovative technologies.

As a result of the attention of the Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, to the questions of youth participation in the development of the national economy and the creation of all conditions for doing science, the number of participants in this reputable competition is growing annually. This year, more than one thousand young scientists presented their projects and theoretical studies in the natural and human sciences.

The teachers and students of our institute also participated in this competition with their scientific works, and some of them, specifically the student of the 5th specialty “Chemical technology of inorganic substances” Rasulbek Tangriberganov, participating with the theme: “Production technology of shoe cream using local raw materials of Turkmenistan” , as well as a 4th year student of the specialty “Manufacture of building materials, products and constructions” Serdar Bekmammedov, participating with the theme: “Use of alternative energy sources in the manufacture of concrete products”, won prizes of the Respected President of Turkmenistan.
