On the occasion of official visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zaparov which took place on June 27-28, 2021 with Esteemed President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, was held a ceremony at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute

On June 28, 2021 during the official visit of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zaparov was held negotiations with Esteemed President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Within the framework of negotiations was signed the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute and the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, also the sides exchanged with the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan and the Academy of Civil Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic. On the occasion of echoes of that event was held ceremony with the professors and students of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute on June 29, 2021.

It was noted that the talks between the Presidents of Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Republic opened a new chapter in the history of bilateral relations and gave a powerful impetus to the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian relations of the friendly states.

During the visit, the heads of states discussed the current state of strategic cooperation and opportunities for further strengthening cooperation, looked at the whole complex of Turkmen-Kyrgyz relations and exchanged views on important international and regional issues. Documents were signed in a number of areas in order to further expand bilateral cooperation, in which the special attention was paid to the forthcoming 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, the parties expressed interest in developing and strengthening cooperation in the field of education, noting the need for the parties to sign a bilateral document on mutual recognition of education documents between the relevant government agencies.

After completion of the Turkmen-Kyrgyz negotiations was held the signing ceremony of the bilateral documents, including the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute and the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, as well as the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Unconditionally, the set of documents complementing the legal framework of interstate relations is a testament to the fact that Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan are committed to actively developing fruitful cooperation in a wide range of areas and strengthening friendly and good-neighborly relations that have been linked to fraternal nations since ancient times.

On June 28, 2021, during the official visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zaparov with the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was signed a Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute and the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, also on the occasion of exchanging with the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic was held a solemn concert with the participation of professors and students of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute during which was performed a wonderful music. At the end of the ceremony, the participants expressed their gratitude to the President for the created opportunities working fruitfully for the benefit of Motherland.
