Architecture-Design projecting of Institute

The institute carries out a wide range of architectural and design projects: architectural and construction measurements of buildings, inspection of building structures, preparation of architectural and design of residential, industrial, public buildings.

Architectural-design projecting is part of the institute's innovative activities.

Since 2012, the Institute has had an Architectural workshop, in which all architectural-design projecting and mock-ups are carried out with the participation of teachers and students of the department of architecture.

In accordance with the law of Turkmenistan "On licensing certain types of activities" for the implementation of architectural design by the Turkmen State Architecture and construction Institute, a corresponding license was obtained (No. 1-22-25-7281 of 02.27.2020).

The main directions of activities:

- participation in the implementation of architectural-design projects of the urban development program of the President of Turkmenistan;
- implementation of state policy in the field of architecture and urban planning of Turkmenistan;
- coordination in the prescribed manner, the technical task of customers;
- implementation of architectural and design projects for residential, industrial, public buildings and landscaping in accordance with the technical specifications of the Ministries and departments, as well as private entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan;
- timely submission of completed work to the customer.

Implementation of the results of architectural design projects

On the scientifically based architectural and design projects of the Institute, the following developments were introduced into production:

“Abadanchylyk” monument with a height of 47 meters, erected between Archabil and Chandybil Avenues of the Ashgabat city;

“Alav” monument with a height of 15 meters, erected at the intersection of N. Andalyp street with Gorogly Avenue of the Ashgabat city;

“Dovamat” monument with a height of 21 meters, erected at the intersection of N. Andalyp Street with Oguzkhan Avenue of Ashgabat city;

“Akhal” monument with a height of 40 and a diameter of 60 meters developed by the institute and approved by the President of Turkmenistan is planned for сonstruction in the new modern administrative center of the Akhal velayat;

the complex of buildings of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan developed by the institute and approved by the President of Turkmenistan.

Currently, similar architectural-design projects are being carried out according to the technical specifications of other Ministries and departments.
