On April 17, 2025, a conference organized jointly by the Ashgabat city and Ahal velayat committees of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan was held in the small meeting hall of the Central Council of the same party.
At the conference, titled “The Era of Peace and Trust”, Guljahan Ballyeva, a teacher at the “Social Sciences” department of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, delivered a report on the topic “The Construction Industry – The Future of the Country”.
In Turkmenistan, under the leadership of the esteemed President, special attention is paid to the development of science and technology, as well as the integration of technologies into production. Large-scale construction across the country contributes to the rapid growth of the economy, the construction industry, and the strengthening of Turkmenistan's scientific and technological leadership in this area. One confirmation of this was the establishment of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute on May 12, 2012, by decree of our Hero Arkadag.
The main objective of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute is to train highly qualified specialists and provide engineering personnel for a wide range of industries, including architecture and construction, public utilities, chemical, energy, industrial, and transport sectors. Currently, the institute has 8 faculties and 28 departments, where over 4,000 students are studying in 10 bachelor's degree programs and 34 specializations that meet modern requirements.
