Department of Education

General rules of the Educational Department:
The Educational Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Charter of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute and the Regulation on the Educational Department. Organization of educational activities is carried out on the basis of other regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
In its activities, the Educational Department practically implements the state educational policy directed by the President of Turkmenistan.

Goals and objectives of the Educational Department:

• the main goal of the Educational Department is the organization and control of the educational process;
• development of methodological recommendations for the organization of the work of the faculty of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan in the field of educational work, as well as methodological manuals for regulating key types of educational, educational-methodical, research and other activities;
• creation of internal regulations and other local regulations governing the activities of the institute;
• training highly qualified specialists in the field of fundamental sciences and practical areas for various sectors of the economy of Turkmenistan;
• meeting the needs of Turkmenistan for highly qualified personnel and specialists with in-depth knowledge;
• organizing training courses to deepen the knowledge of both students and teachers;
• conducting applied scientific research, including in the field of education;
• improving the professional level of the teaching staff;
• instilling in students high cultural values closely linked to national history, traditions and universal human values, as well as forming a deep commitment to the principles of state Independence and Neutrality, love for the Turkmen people, the Motherland and the President of Turkmenistan.

The principles of the Educational Department:

• practical implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to receive education, creation of the necessary conditions and initiatives for harmonious spiritual, scientific and intellectual development; 
• training of specialists who, in accordance with the requirements of the ministries, departments and enterprises of Turkmenistan, have deep knowledge in their field, are able to effectively solve the tasks set with high cultural and civic responsibility;
• training of students in structural divisions of the relevant industries, with the passage of educational, technological and industrial practice, with close coordination of the educational process and scientific research;
• retraining and advanced training of teaching staff;
• conducting fundamental and applied scientific research, experimental and design work, with their use in the educational process and the introduction of results into educational activities;
• dissemination and popularization of the achievements of modern science and knowledge among the population of the country, raising its cultural and educational level;
• cooperation with domestic and leading foreign educational and scientific institutions for the purpose of studying and implementing the experience of professional training of specialists;
• fulfillment of other duties stipulated by the legislation of Turkmenistan and this Regulation;
• ensuring the acquisition of higher education in a secular way;
• interaction with domestic and international scientific and industrial organizations, foreign research institutes, higher educational institutions and other educational, scientific and cultural centers;
• as an educational center, training highly educated specialists with a broad worldview, enriching them with the knowledge and values accumulated by the Turkmen people and humanity as a whole, capable of solving complex problems of economic, social and spiritual development of Turkmenistan in conditions of independence and equal participation in the world community, possessing competence that meets world standards.
