The Faculty of Architecture and Construction plays a crucial role in preparing highly qualified specialists for our country’s architecture and construction sector. Educational, methodological, and scientific activities at the faculty are carried out by four departments:
Students in these departments gain theoretical and practical knowledge related to architectural design, construction engineering and infrastructure projects.
The faculty provides future architects and civil engineers with a high-quality education, enabling them to develop modern projects using digital technologies, manage construction processes, ensure the seismic stability of buildings, and apply environmentally friendly and energy-efficient construction technologies. Additionally, students acquire specialized knowledge in urban planning, city infrastructure projects, and the design of water, gas, and heat supply systems.
Practical training and project work take place in the faculty’s laboratories, workshops, Construction and Production Center, and partner enterprises. The faculty closely collaborates with local construction and architectural organizations, providing students with opportunities to develop their practical skills. Moreover, the curriculum is continuously updated based on new scientific research and technologies, aligning with international standards.
Graduates of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction work in construction and architectural firms, research institutes, industrial enterprises, and government institutions. They engage in designing industrial and civil buildings, performing construction calculations, and developing water, gas, and heat supply systems.
The faculty places special emphasis on the integration of innovative solutions in architecture and construction, incorporating digital design technologies and modern engineering approaches into practice. This ensures that graduates are not only in demand locally but also recognized at the international level.
