International partnerships

Thanks to the tireless efforts of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan, the scientific and educational potential of our country continues to develop rapidly. When science and education become the basis of the state and society, a firm foundation is laid for prosperity and achieving high living standards, which is a clear confirmation of the outstanding achievements of our state.
In this context, international cooperation in the field of education at the present stage plays a crucial role in the further development of the national digital education system. It is based on world advanced achievements and the active implementation of information and communication technologies at all levels, combining them with innovative teaching methods. Mastering new information technologies is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the economy and society.
For this purpose, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute is actively working to train highly qualified specialists, participates in the global educational process and expands mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of science and education with leading universities and international organizations, including institutions in the United States, Europe and other countries.
Currently, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute has a number of important Agreements and Memorandums of Cooperation with leading universities and international organizations around the world: 

  • Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of India on the establishment of the Turkmen-Indian Training and Production Center in Ashgabat;
  • Agreement on Cooperation with the Belarusian National Technical University;
  • Agreement on Cooperation with the Russian D.I. Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology;
  • Memorandum of Understanding with the Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest;
  • Memorandum of Understanding with the Kazan National University of Technology and Research;
  • Memorandum of Understanding with the Milan Polytechnic University;
  • Agreement of Understanding with the Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (Germany);
  • Memorandum of Understanding with the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov;
  • Memorandum of Understanding with Ca' Foscari University of Venice (Italy);
  • Memorandum of Understanding with Kent State University;
  • Memorandum of Understanding with Tenaga National University (Malaysia);
  • Memorandum of Understanding with Sunway University (Malaysia).

In addition, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute actively participates in the European Union ERASMUS+ program. The Institute maintains cooperation with the Ashgabat Office of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
