Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute (TSACI) is a young, modern scientific, educational and design center. Founded on May 25, 2012. TSACI trains highly qualified specialists for the ministries and industry administrations of Turkmenistan in the field of construction and industry.
TSACI includes an Educational Construction Center, a Turkmen-Indian Educational and Production Center equipped with modern equipment and machinery, a museum, three dormitories, a canteen and a stadium. Currently, the institute has 8 faculties and 28 departments, with 4,635 students studying in 10 fields and 34 specialties that meet the requirements of the times. The training of highly qualified bachelors is carried out in 13 areas within 7 educational programs.
The institute trains specialists for state and private enterprises and organizations of Turkmenistan in specialized fields, annually graduating more than 759 higher education specialists.
TSACI maintains international scientific and educational ties with leading universities around the world.

In accordance with the Implementation Plan of the Concept for the Development of Digital Education in Turkmenistan, approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, an internal local network has been created at the institute. Based on this network, an educational portal of the institute was created, which contains electronic documents, textbooks, methodological guides, audio and video recordings of lectures and practical classes of teachers, as well as videos showing production processes in the ministries and departments of the construction and industrial complex of Turkmenistan.
Based on the instructions of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan, electronic document management has been introduced into the educational process at TSACI.
To improve the qualifications of specialists working in the Construction and Industrial Complex of Turkmenistan, a faculty of advanced training operates at the institute.
The institute's material and technical base and highly qualified faculty provide opportunities for quality and modern education.
TSACI students annually undertake educational, introductory, design, experimental, production and pre-diploma internships in industry administrations and enterprises of the construction and industrial complex of Turkmenistan.
For conducting research, design, and experimental development work, TSACI cooperates with the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, ministries, departments and enterprises of Turkmenistan, as well as with the main departments of the institute.
