In the era of Revival of the new epoch of the Powerful State, the Volunteers' Center of the Turkmen state Architecture and Construction institute, in collaboration with the department of Social sciences, organized an educational seminar titled “Historical monuments — our cultural heritage”. The event aimed to provide high-level training for student volunteers for the international events scheduled to celebrate the year 2026 as “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of the purposeful winged horses”and the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's sacred Independence.

During the seminar, faculty members delivered detailed presentations to the student volunteers regarding the historical monuments located across our homeland, Turkmenistan. The speeches highlighted that the territory of Turkmenistan is a cradle where ancient civilizations emerged, flourished, and converged. It was noted that this sacred land, situated at the heart of the Great Silk Road, is home to numerous monuments steeped in millennia of history. Many of these sites are recognized not only as the heritage of our people but as treasures of all humanity, having been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Specifically, the historical significance of sites such as Ancient Merv, Kunya-Urgench, Dehistan, and Nisa was presented.

The participating teachers and student volunteers expressed their deep gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero Arkadag and our Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for providing extensive opportunities to scientifically study our historical heritage.
