In the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, in connection with the declaration of 2025 as the “International Year of Peace and Trust” and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, an online open lesson was held on April 7, 2025, on the topic “Turkmenistan’s Neutrality Policy — a Model for the International Community.” The event was organized by the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Professors, lecturers, and students took part in the event. The information presented by the honored diplomat, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Ovezdurdy Muhammetberdiev, revealing the historical roots of the principle of neutrality, made a strong impression.
