The seminar titled “Independence and Chemical Industry” was held organized by the department of “General Chemistry” of the Faculty of Chemical Technology

During the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, in the year “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”, an online conference was held in honor of the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence and the opening ceremony of the new building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. It was organized by the Department of General Chemistry together with the Ashgabat Construction Secondary Vocational School. During the meeting, Sahergul Abdylova, senior teacher of the “General Chemistry” department made a presentation on the theme “A Remarkable Example of 'Green' Construction”, highlighting the ongoing construction projects across the country and within the city of Arkadag.

One of the priorities emphasized by our Esteemed President is the development of production facilities that utilize local raw materials rather than imported ones, focusing on zero-waste and environmentally friendly production. This initiative is closely linked to the rational use of our natural resources and ensures their comprehensive application. Kakajan Kakayev, the third-year student majoring in “Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances”, presented a research paper titled “Innovative Methods for Producing Construction and Agricultural Products from Technogenic Waste”.

The study focuses on establishing the physicochemical laws and developing innovative technologies to transform industrial by-products into high-quality construction materials and mineral fertilizers using local resources. These presentations were highly impactful, resonating deeply with both the teaching staff and the students at the Ashgabat Construction Secondary Vocational School.
