On January 20, 2026, a creative competition among students from higher education institutions of our country was held, organized by the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute. The competition was held digitally by online in English. The main goal of the event was to deeply study and popularize the essence of the book by the Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar, “Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a bright way of peace and trust”.
Student volunteers from the Turkmen state Architecture and Construction institute, led by senior lecturer K. Allabayeva, actively participated in the intellectual competition. A representative from our institute, Akmammedov Dayanch, a first-year student in the Faculty of Computer Technology and Automation majoring in Information Security, demonstrated outstanding results. Thanks to his eloquence, erudition, and ability to articulate his thoughts in a foreign language, Dayanch took the honorable first place and was awarded a First-Degree Diploma.
