Representatives of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute took part in the international scientific and technical conference held at the Belarusian Road Research Institute of the Republic of Belarus. The international scientific and technical conference titled “New technical solutions for roads and bridges in transport infrastructure” was held on March 27-28, 2025 in Minsk. It was organized by the Belarusian Road Research Institute of the Republic of Belarus “BeldorNII” with the support of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, as well as other partner ministries, higher educational institutions, research institutes, private enterprises and entrepreneurs. The conference was attended by more than 160 representatives of relevant ministries and departments of the regions of the Russian Federation, private enterprises, as well as road administrative bodies and organizations related to transport directions from Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Within the framework of this international scientific and technical conference, one of the main events was the acquaintance of the participants with the books of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan Arkadagly Hero Serdar. The books presented at the exhibition aroused great interest among the conference participants. Belarusian TV channels, as well as scientific and political magazines, took photographs of this event.
At the international scientific and technical conference held on March 27-28, 2025 in Minsk by the State Enterprise "BeldorNII" of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, acting head of the department “Construction of highways” of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, senior lecturer, candidate of technical sciences Yolly Myradov made a scientific report on the topic “Innovative approaches to improving the properties of asphalt concrete using polymers and rubber crumb”.
During his speech, Yolly Myradov provided detailed information on Turkmenistan's achievements in road construction, the work carried out in the relevant higher educational institutions of our country, including the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, together with research institutes, as well as innovative approaches to adding polymers and rubber crumb. It was also discussed in detail that Turkmenistan is located at the crossroads of Asia and Europe, as well as the state policy pursued by Arkadagly Hero Serdar and Hero Arkadag to create a new Great Silk Road. At the end of the speech, there was an exchange of questions and answers on issues of interest to the conference participants.
In addition, within the framework of the international scientific and technical conference, Yolly Myradov gave an interview to the local TV channels of Belarus about the significant successes that our country is achieving under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar and Hero Arkadag. During the conference, other speeches by delegates were also noted, including on the internationally significant work carried out by Turkmenistan to develop road infrastructure.
Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Interstate Council of Road Builders of the CIS, Honored Worker of Transport of the Russian Federation, Professor Buri Karimov noted in his speech: “We must follow the example of the work of State leaders of Turkmenistan to develop road infrastructure”.
«BeldorNII» is the Belarusian Research Institute of Road Construction, one of the main research organizations in the field of road construction in the Republic of Belarus. The Institute was founded in 1960 as an important institution focused on high technical and scientific-technical achievements in road construction. It conducts scientific research on asphalt, concrete and other building materials, and carries out large-scale tests for their use in construction. The Institute supervises the development of new construction standards and technical regulations, paying great attention to the development of new technologies and “smart” road systems, as well as environmentally sustainable solutions in road construction. By conducting large-scale scientific research and experiments, it opens up opportunities for the exchange of technical and scientific experience with international partners.
“BeldorNII” cooperates not only at the local level, but also in the international arena. Cooperation has been established with China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries in the field of exchange of scientific and technical experience and information, as well as participation in projects and seminars of European countries, joint implementation of technical software. Currently, work is officially underway to conclude an Agreement on Scientific and Technical Cooperation between "BeldorNII" (a state enterprise) and the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.
