The textbook titled "Technology of Micro-, Opto- and Nanoelectronics" has been published.

The textbook for universities, “Micro-, opto- and nanoelectronic technologies” was prepared by M. Yalkapova and G. Kuliyeva, professors at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. The textbook was published by Ylym Publishing House of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.

The textbook consists of three parts. The first examines the physicochemical processes for producing materials used in micro, opto, and nanoelectronics, including the isolation of chemicals, their purification into compounds, final purification, and the production of single crystals with desired properties.

The second section describes the technology of simple semiconductors, in particular the methods of production and properties of germanium and silicon, which are used in micro, opto and nanoelectronics.

The third section, namely the technology of semiconductor compounds III and IV, examines the nature and properties of semiconductor compounds, the features of the technology of their connection, the technology of obtaining single crystals of compounds with given properties and the technology of obtaining epitaxial structures.

The textbook will be useful for students studying electronics and microelectronics, as well as specialists working in the relevant fields.
