“Avaza — the Caspian model of peace, hospitality, and eco-friendly tourism.”

For Turkmenistan, the Caspian Sea is a space of friendship and peace, a pillar of strategic stability and cooperation. A mild climate, mineral springs, golden beaches, and the rich biodiversity of the Hazar State Nature Reserve provide a natural foundation for development. The Avaza National Tourist Zone integrates medical-wellness, balneological, and recreational assets, forming a carefully designed ecosystem of sustainable tourism. It hosts festivals, international meetings, and official events that strengthen good-neighborliness and partnership among the Caspian states. Recent initiatives implemented in Avaza with UN support reaffirm its status as a venue worthy of global emulation.
