Taking into account the high demand for highly qualified specialists in Turkmenistan's construction sector—one of the country’s top priorities in the new era of national development—the best practices that have strengthened the professional competencies of Turkmen participants at the international seminar titled “Construction and Management of Industrial Parks for the Five Central Asian Countries” will undoubtedly be shared widely among their colleagues and future high-level professionals.
This educational initiative brought together representatives from Central Asian countries—Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan—at venues in two cities of the People’s Republic of China: Tianjin and Shenzhen. Under the framework of the seminar, not only were targeted training sessions organized, but also site visits to several industrial facilities were conducted in line with the working agenda of the trip. The Turkmen delegation included representatives of relevant ministries—of construction and architecture, industry, and construction production—as well as the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.
In an interview with our newspaper, Shirmuhammet Jepbarov, a lecturer at the Department of Architecture of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, shared his impressions of this important educational initiative and its significance, particularly in training highly qualified national specialists.
