To clarify the historical significance of the 2026 motto and strengthen the link between science and education, lecturers from the "Higher Mathematics" department of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute held an off-site meeting at specialized school No. 77 in Ashgabat. During the event, senior lecturer Oraznepes Berdiliyev and trainee lecturer Muhammetmyrat Kakabayev emphasized the importance of the continuity of generations. In their speeches, they highlighted that the combination of high scientific potential and the patriotic education of youth serves as an unshakeable foundation for achieving the strategic goals set for our country in the new year.

This meeting was a vivid testimony to the large-scale transformations carried out under the wise leadership of the Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, Turkmenistan is writing new golden pages in its history, demonstrating to the world the successes achieved through the efforts of Arkadagly Hero Serdar and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag.

The announcement of 2026 as the year of "Independent neutral Turkmenistan − the homeland of purposeful winged horses" became the embodiment of the people's aspirations. This motto, adopted by the Mejlis of Turkmenistan based on public initiatives, symbolizes the rapid development of all sectors of the national economy, akin to the speed of the legendary Akhal-Teke horse.

The international triumphs of our Motherland give a special resonance to the new motto. Turkmenistan has established itself as an initiator of global peace and trust, which is confirmed by the adoption of more than 30 resolutions by the UN General Assembly. Among the latest significant achievements are the unanimous adoption of resolutions on the "UN Decade of Sustainable Transport (2026–2035)" and the strengthening of energy security.

The hosting of major international forums, such as the summit for Landlocked Developing Countries and the international conference dedicated to the role of women in modern society, once again confirms the growing prestige of our Neutral state. The signing of the Ashgabat Declaration in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent Neutrality solidifies our capital's status as a center for global peacebuilding.

The new year and its inspiring motto call upon every citizen, and primarily the academic community, to strive for new achievements for the sake of the prosperity of our sovereign Fatherland.
