In the era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the year 2025 was declared the "International Year of Peace and Trust," and in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent Neutrality, Professor Begench Karaev, Ph.D., from the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the International University for the Humanities and Development, held an online open lesson on May 5, 2025, on the topic "Turkmenistan's Policy of Neutrality and Peace – A Guarantee of Our Country's Sustainable Development." The event was attended by the faculty members and students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.
