THE RADIANCE OF VICTORY

At the Faculty of Civil Defense of the Turkmen state institute of Architecture and Construction, a ceremonial music and speech event titled “The Revival of the New Era of a Stable State – the Radiance of the Paths of Victory” was held in honor of Victory Day, commemorating the triumph in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945. At the beginning of the event, the rector of the university, Candidate of Technical Sciences Batyr Mammedov, delivered a speech. He emphasized the reforms being implemented in our country thanks to the efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and our Esteemed Supreme Commander-in-Chief. He also spoke about the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, which is solemnly celebrated in our beloved Homeland, and highlighted the heroism of Turkmen soldiers—especially that of the esteemed teacher, beloved individual, and brave soldier Berdimuhamet Annayev, as well as the life path filled with patriotism of the respected veteran of the internal service, Malikkuly Berdimuhamedov. The speeches by Amangeldi Orazov, a long-time professor of the institute and Honored Elder of Turkmenistan; the head of the department, Candidate of Technical Sciences Yolly Myradov; Colonel Ashyrmammed Hydyrov, a serviceman of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan; Colonel Orazmyrat Annayev, dean of the Faculty of Civil Defense; and other military personnel were especially impactful. These speeches underlined the many fierce battles fought on Turkmen soil throughout our nation's glorious history, and the significant contribution of Turkmen young men, alongside other peoples, to defeating the enemy and achieving victory during the Great Patriotic War. An exhibition of student scientific-project work left a deep impression on the attendees. In short, this event served as evidence of the successful military reforms carried out under the wise leadership of our Esteemed Supreme Commander-in-Chief, as well as the extensive efforts being made to instill moral values, a healthy lifestyle, patriotism, and humanism among the defenders of the Motherland. During the event, musical performances were presented by the “Bagtyýarlyk binasy” ensembles of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. The scientific-practical conference continued in various sections afterward.
