The participation of Turkmen athletes in major international tournaments is clear evidence of the global recognition of our country's sports achievements and the sports policy implemented by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
In confirmation of this, Dovletgeldi Myradov, the 1st-year student in the direction of preparation in “Cartography and Geoinformatics” of the Road Construction Faculty at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, won I place in the freestyle wrestling competition held on April 27, 2025, in La Nucia, Spain, in the 86 kg weight category.
