YOUNG CONSTRUCTORS – THE STRENGTH AND POWER OF OUR MOTHERLAND

On April 29, 2025, fourth-year students of the “Industrial and Civil Construction” department of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction, under the guidance of department lecturer M. Nuryyev, took part in an on-site training session at the construction site of the new building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, where work is currently progressing at a rapid pace. The purpose of this session was to connect the students’ theoretical knowledge with practical experience and to help them develop professional skills in real construction conditions.

During the training session, students became acquainted with both the exterior and interior finishing works of the buildings. In particular, they received detailed information about the step-by-step process of marble cladding in construction. They also learned about protective isolation work carried out using fondaline, a material widely used in modern construction. The suitability of construction materials and technologies, their environmental impact, and energy efficiency aspects were especially emphasized.

Additionally, students were introduced to the structure, installation, and operational principles of ventilation and air conditioning systems in buildings. These systems play a crucial role in ensuring a comfortable indoor climate in residential, public, and industrial buildings.

Organized by the lecturers of the “Industrial and Civil Construction” department, the training not only focused on the technical aspects of construction processes but also aimed to enhance students’ problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities. Such on-site training sessions provide young constructors with valuable hands-on experience, strengthen their professional capabilities, and build their confidence as they embark on their future careers.
