On April 26, 2025, a “Rich Turkmen Dastarkhan” competition was held among female students at dormitory №3 of the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Automation of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. The event highlighted the significance of Turkmen national dishes as an important component of the nation's cultural heritage. It was particularly noted that the book “Turkmen Dastarkhan” by the Hero Arkadag served as a valuable guide for the participants, who prepared a variety of dishes following its recipes. In addition to culinary skills, the students demonstrated the ancient traditions and national aesthetics of the Turkmen people through table decoration. During the competition, not only the taste of the dishes but also the art of table setting were evaluated. As a result of the competition, first places were awarded to kitchens № 1, 2, and 3, second places were taken by kitchens № 5, 9, and 8, and third places went to kitchens № 4, 7, 6, and 10. The winners were awarded valuable memorable gifts.
