During the Revival Era of a New Epoch of the Powerful State, on April 17, 2025, a seminar dedicated to the topic of “The Psychology of Successful Business Management” was held at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute for trainee-teachers. Orazgul Berdieva, a senior teacher at the “Social Sciences” department of the Faculty of Economics and Management, noted that the aim of the session was to demonstrate pathways to success for the trainee-teachers, explain the temporary nature of failures, and foster their determination. During the seminar, the methodology for conducting the session was presented to the trainee-teachers, and new approaches to its improvement were discussed, including the use of video materials, virtual technologies, and mobile devices for more effective information delivery. The seminar was highly productive.
