Modern technologies in the construction of educational institutions

Teachers and students from the Mechanical engineering faculty conducted the field study trip at the construction site of the new building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, which is being built by the private company “Ajayyp-Gurlushyk”. The students were given a detailed explanation of the possible situations on the construction site, safety regulations, and measures to prevent emergencies. They also familiarized themselves with the specifics of constructing different types of buildings on the site, after which a question-and-answer session took place. Currently, the construction work on the site involves the installation of building frames, which means that the buildings have reached their height, and preparations are being made for marble installation. In the completed buildings, high-level work is ongoing in plumbing, electrical systems, and other internal works. The field study trip was organized for students specializing in “Automation of technological processes and production”, who showed particular interest in the internal electrical wiring of the buildings and its proper installation. The students learned about the correct selection and installation of electrical devices, as well as the proper placement of fire alarm systems. They studied how each device should operate automatically through digital systems and the necessary construction work required achieving this. At the initial stages of construction, it is very important for engineering ideas and solutions to be integrated to achieve a common goal. In the new building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, which is being built using modern technologies, laboratories for robotics, manipulators, mechatronics, radio electronics, telecommunications, and programmable logic controllers will be established. Therefore, the proper installation of electrical and protective systems will significantly impact the quality of education in the building. In addition, during the field study trip with experts from the “Ajayyp Gurlushyk” company, the students were introduced in more detail to the application of the latest construction technologies, modern construction materials, smart buildings, artificial intelligence, and other relevant topics. They also discussed possible scientific research in this field.
