THE HALK MASLAKHATY OF TURKMENISTAN – A SOURCE OF STATE DEVELOPMENT

On October 21, 2024, in the conference hall of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, a conference “Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan - a source of state development” was held with the participation of teachers and students of the institute.

Relying on the rich experience of our ancestors in state governance and following their wise will, the annual meetings of the People's Council of Turkmenistan vividly demonstrate the broad participation of the population in addressing important issues of state and public life, strengthening the unity and integrity of society, and fostering the creative advancement achieved in the development of national democracy. Discussions focus on matters that serve the interests of the people. Our culture is rich with remarkable proverbs related to counsel, and in the book “Paýhas çeşmesi”, published with the efforts of our Hero Arkadag, there are proverbs such as “The unity of the people wards off all troubles”, “Work together and the burden will be lighter”, and “Measure seven times, cut once”.
