PRESENTATION OF A NEW BOOK

On October 9, 2024, on the eve of the Day of Workers of Healthcare and Medical Industry in Turkmenistan, a presentation was held among the professors and students of the Turkmen State of Architecture and Construction Institute to mark the publication of the XVI volume of the fundamental scientific work titled "Medicinal Plants of Turkmenistan" by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, and Professor.

During the event, it was noted that thanks to the tireless efforts of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who continues the great work initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, significant efforts are being made to strengthen the health protection of every citizen, increase life expectancy, and promote the principles of a healthy lifestyle in society. Speakers emphasized that in the era of the Revival of the powerful state of Turkmenistan, caring for human health occupies a central place.

It is also fitting to highlight the multivolume scientific and encyclopedic work "Medicinal Plants of Turkmenistan" as a vivid representation of Scholar Arkadag's dedication to the well-being of the people.

Recently, ahead of the professional holiday for health workers, the XVI volume of Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov's fundamental scientific work was presented to the general public. This book was released just before the holiday honoring our medical workers.

The multivolume scientific publication has generated significant interest both in the international medical community and among the broader readership. This unique scientific and encyclopedic work on medicinal plants native to Turkmenistan and national phytotherapy has been translated into many languages, making it accessible to millions of readers around the world. It has become a reference book for specialists working in various fields of medicine in our country.
