On October 29, 2025, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute holds the International Scientific and Practical Online Conference “Scientific and Innovative Development in Construction and Industry – the Foundation of a Prosperous Future” and invites scientists, teachers of higher educational institutions, employees of scientific and research organizations, engineers and specialists of the scientific and technical community to participate in the conference. Official languages ​​of the conference: Turkmen, Russian, English,

The main objective of the conference is to exchange current scientific research, technological innovations, and experiences in the fields of architecture and construction.

The conference will feature presentations on the following topics:

• Architecture, design, urban construction and settlement planning;
• Construction equipment and technological solutions (industrial and civil construction, road and transport infrastructure, building materials, structures, new construction products and technologies, seismic resistance issues);
• Ecology in construction, life safety, and alternative energy sources;
• Implementation of digital technologies in construction and architecture (artificial intelligence, BIM, 3D modeling, innovative analytical systems);
• Construction economics, management strategies, and modern approaches in logistics systems;
• Chemical technology of inorganic substances.

Scientists, teachers of higher educational institutions, engineers, and specialists of the scientific and technical community interested in participation are invited to submit their reports and relevant materials in accordance with the established requirements.

C O N D I T I O N S

for participation in the international scientific and practical online conference “Scientific and Innovative Development in Construction and Industry – the Foundation of a Prosperous Future”

1. For participation in the conference, theses can be submitted by no more than three authors. Works must be of an independent scientific research nature and correspond to the stated topic.
2. To participate in the conference, it is necessary to fill out a registration form (font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular). The registration form is intended for foreign participants of the international online scientific and practical conference in Turkmenistan.

3. To participate in the international online scientific and practical conference, it is necessary to prepare theses and annotations of the reports. The theses must be submitted in one of the working languages of the conference, and the theses must also be translated into two other languages.

3.1. The translation of theses of reports from foreign conference participants into the Turkmen language will be carried out by the Organizing Committee.

3.2. Participants from Turkmenistan are required to provide translations of their thesis into English and Russian. The translation can be done at the relevant departments of higher educational institutions or at specialized translation agencies.  

4. Theses of reports and abstracts must be reviewed in the organization at the author’s place of work and sent to the Organizing Committee for the international conference with a covering letter signed by the head. Electronic versions of theses and abstracts must be attached to the letter.

 5.  Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy and content of the submitted materials.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S

for the preparation of theses and abstracts

1. We kindly request you to send your theses and annotations for participation in the international online scientific and practical conference to the organizing committee. The volume of the theses should not exceed 1.5 pages of A4 format (210×297 mm), and the volume of each annotation (in English and Russian) should be up to 0.5 pages.
2. Page formatting requirements: margins – 2.0 cm at the top and bottom, 2.5 cm on the left, 1.5 cm on the right. Page orientation – portrait. Font – Times New Roman, size – 14 pt, line spacing – 1.
3. Depending on the specifics of the scientific work, figures, formulas, and tables may be presented. However, each image must fit within the page dimensions, and the font size cannot be less than 14 pt. The total volume of the theses, including figures, formulas, and tables, should not exceed 1.5 pages of A4 format.
4. All materials submitted in electronic form must be in Word for Windows format (with .doc or .docx extensions).
5. The short content of the report and annotations should be combined into one file and formatted as follows:

• Author's first and last name – bold black font, right-aligned on the page, font size 14 pt. The country name is indicated in parentheses.
• In the case of two authors, the speaker's first and last name is listed first.
• The titles of the abstract and annotations must be in bold black font, size -         16 pt, center-aligned.
• One blank line is left between the titles and the text.
• The text of the abstract and summary should be justified. Mathematical formulas should be formatted using formula editors.
• The pages of the theses and summaries are not numbered.
• Applications that do not meet the specified requirements will not be considered.
• Corrections and additions made after the work is sent will not be accepted.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject the work if it does not meet the requirements of the Scientific and Practical Council.
• Submitted documents are not returned.
• Abstracts and annotations of the report must be combined into one file. The file name should contain the speaker's last name, first name, patronymic, and the word “tez.”. For example, for the speaker Amanov Myrat, the file should be named “Amanov M. tez.”. The text of the speech should be sent in a separate file.

6. Registration forms are to be completed by all authors of the report and placed in one file. The registration form of the speaker is placed first, followed by those of the co-authors. The file name for the registration information should include the author's last name, first name, patronymic, and the word “reg”. For example, for Amanov Myrat, the file should be named “Amanov M. reg”.
7. Files must not be archived!
