Exploring space, creating the future: The II Internet Olympiad in Cartography!

Dear students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan! 

The Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute has the honor to invite you to participate in the II Internet Olympiad in the discipline "Cartography" among students of our country. 

This competition is held with the aim of identifying talented youth, strengthening professional knowledge and skills, as well as developing spatial thinking and independent work abilities among students. The Olympiad is designed to determine the best experts in cartography, capable of worthily representing their educational institutions at international competitions. 

Main organizational details: 

  • Organizer: Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, Department of "Geodesy". 
  • Date and time: November 20, 2026, at 15:00. 
  • Format: Individual online competition using the Zoom platform. 
  • Task: 50 test questions. 
  • Time for completion: 90 minutes. 
  • Application deadline: Until November 10, 2026. Applications are submitted on behalf of the university team (no more than 5 students and 1 supervisor).
