In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a Powerful State, under the wise leadership of our Esteemed President, the education system and scientific research activities of our country are reaching new heights. In accordance with the joint Order No. 15/56, issued on February 23, 2024, by the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan and the President of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, and approved under the "Regulations on Conducting Scientific Events in Higher Education Institutions," a solemn scientific-practical conference was held on April 10, 2025, organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Construction of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. Under the leadership of the Head of the Department of “Drawing and Strength of Materials,” senior lecturer Charymyrat Taganov, the scientific-practical conference titled “On the Path of Truth and Justice” was held at a high organizational level in full accordance with the spirit, great goals, and progressive directions of science and education in the Era of Revival of a new epoch. In honor of the declaration of 2024 as the “Year of the Great Thinker Magtymguly Pyragy, an Ocean of Wisdom”, the publication of the book “Magtymguly – the Philosopher of the World”, initiated by our Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, has become a significant cultural event that has enriched our spiritual world. This valuable work, reflecting the brilliant intellect and philosophical depth of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and our Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, has instilled great pride and spiritual uplift among us, the teaching community. These great initiatives clearly demonstrate the rise of science, creativity, and spiritual progress in our country. We wholeheartedly express our gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who create wide opportunities for the bright future of our beloved Homeland!
