STRENGTHENING OF TURKMENISTAN'S NEUTRALITY DIPLOMACY
In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, in connection with the declaration of 2025 as the "International Year of Peace and Trust" and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, an online open session was held on March 11, 2025, on the topic "Turkmenistan's Neutrality Diplomacy and its international initiatives aimed at cooperation." The session was conducted by Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, experienced diplomat of Turkmenistan, and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Chary Niyazov. The event was attended by the teachers and students of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. The information presented by the diplomat about the historical roots of the neutrality principle made a deep impression.
