On February 19, 2026, in honor of the year "Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan — The Homeland of purposeful winged horses," an event was held in accordance with the “Concept for the Development of the Digital Education System in Turkmenistan” and the “Concept for Improving the Methodology of Teaching General Education Programs in Turkmenistan until 2028.”
Pursuant to the action plan of the Coordinating Council for Language Teaching under the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, B. Oraztaganova, a senior lecturer at the "Languages" department of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, and lecturer M. Bayramgulyyeva held a meeting titled “Literature — The Key to Masterful Speech.” The meeting was attended by foreign language teachers and students of specialized secondary school No. 77 in Ashgabat, which focuses on the in-depth study of exact sciences and foreign languages.
This meeting, organized within the framework of “mentor-disciple” relations, generated great interest among schoolchildren in learning foreign languages. Such events provide significant support to foreign language teachers in gaining experience and exchanging mutual views.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the following students delivered speeches: Rahim Nurmyradov, a 1st-year student of the Faculty of Chemical Technology; Aybolek Ashyrova, a 1st-year student of the Faculty of Computer Technology and Automation; and Maral Shamyradova, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction.
