On February 23, 2026, Kümüş Allabaýewa, a senior lecturer at the "Languages" Department of the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, along with lecturers Bägül Annanepesowa and Aýjemal Alaşaýewa, conducted educational meetings for students living in the institute's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dormitories. The theme of the meetings was: “The Impact of Learning Foreign Languages on the World of Education and Their Benefit in Research Work.”
Learning (study) languages is the key to modern (up-to-date) development and international cooperation. In a global world, language proficiency is viewed as a strategic resource. As the lecturers noted, foreign languages are necessary not only for communication but also for taking economic and cultural relations to new horizons.
Such events make a significant contribution to increasing students' interest in learning foreign languages.
