In order to prepare student volunteers at a high level for the international events planned to be held on the occasion of the declaration of 2026 as the year of “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses” and the 35th anniversary of the sacred Independence of Turkmenistan, as well as to celebrate the glorious 35th anniversary of Independence at a high level and to promote its historical significance, a training seminar entitled “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses: an era of historical achievements” was held, organized by the Volunteers Center and the department of “Languages” of the Turkmen state Architecture and Construction institute.

During this training seminar, presentations were made regarding the role of student volunteers in international events and the necessity of their high-level proficiency in foreign languages. Teachers of the “Languages” department gave detailed presentations on topics such as “The importance of foreign languages in strengthening International relations” and “Features of innovative technologies in teaching foreign languages at higher education institutions”. Additionally, 1st-year student volunteers shared their views on the importance of learning foreign languages and the theme of the 2026 slogan: “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses – A bright path to the future”. The volunteer students who participated in the training seminar received answers to the questions they were interested in.
