On January 14, 2025, teachers and students from the Faculty of Architecture and Construction visited the museum “Ak Bugdaý”, located in the Ak Bugdaý etrap of Ahal velayat — a living witness to ancient history. This museum stands as clear evidence of the Turkmen people's agricultural culture, their history of labor, and wheat-growing traditions that date back millennia.

The museum “Ak Bugdaý” is directly linked to the Anev culture, which is considered one of the world's first centers of agriculture. The ancient white wheat grains discovered here confirm the era when humanity first began farming. The historical finds, archaeological materials, and information displayed in the museum extensively showcase the evolution of wheat and its significance in human life.
The museum “Ak Bugdaý” serves as a great source of inspiration for students studying architecture, as it demonstrates that architecture is not merely decoration, but a source of meaning and ideas. The architecture of the museum is deeply interconnected with its core essence.
The use of natural colors, along with stone and earth tones, ensures the building harmonizes with its environment; this teaches students the importance of public and ecological architecture.
