A meeting was held on December 2, 2025, between the representatives of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute and the University of Le Havre of the French Republic.
During the meeting, the representatives of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute and the University of Le Havre of the French Republic exchanged views on priority areas of cooperation and provided detailed information about the higher educational institutions they represent.
It was noted at the meeting that, under the leadership of the esteemed President, the education system, along with other sectors, as well as the construction and industry sectors, are developing at a high pace. It was mentioned that numerous exemplary cities, towns, and modern villages have been built, including the new building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, for which the architectural design was prepared by the institute's teachers and proposed for construction in Ashgabat. It was highlighted that construction work for the complex is proceeding at a high rate, and the new institute building is expected to be opened in September 2026.
Issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of science and education were discussed at the meeting. Future directions for cooperation were determined.
