Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality is a Guarantee of Prosperity and Sustainable Development

On 16-17 November 2025, our Honorable President paid a state working visit to the city of Tashkent of the Republic of Uzbekistan to participate in the Seventh Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States. Within the framework of this visit, the Joint Declarations of the Heads of Central Asian States, the signed documents, as well as the agreements reached during the high-level bilateral talks held with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the inauguration of the Turkmen-Uzbek border trade center via digital communication with the participation of the Presidents of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, and the awarding of the high state award of the Republic of Uzbekistan – the High-Level “Order of Friendship” – to our esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for his great contribution to strengthening friendship, mutual trust, and strategic cooperation between the two brotherly countries, were widely promoted. For this purpose, the Democratic Party organization of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute held a conference titled “Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality – a Guarantee of Prosperity and Sustainable Development”, dedicated to the peace-loving foreign policy of our Independent and Permanently Neutral Homeland, which enhances its prestige and reputation around the world.
