Lecturers of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute took part in a training workshop on “Sustainable and Climate-Resilient Urban Development”, held within the framework of the OSCE project “Green and Sustainable Cities”.
The workshop was attended by M. Myradov, a lecturer of the Industrial and Civil Engineering Department and Sh. Jepbarov, a lecturer of the Architecture Department of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction. They delivered presentations on the ongoing work in Turkmenistan’s construction sector, as well as activities aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of cities and maintaining an environmentally friendly urban surroundings.
During the workshop, issues related to the development of sustainable cities and supporting the work of national institutions in the area of urban development were discussed.
