In accordance with the “Concept for Developing the Digital Education System in Turkmenistan” and the “Concept for Improving the Methodology of Teaching under General Education Programs in Turkmenistan until 2028”, and following the measures outlined by the Coordinating Council for Language Teaching under the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, on the occasion of the “Year of Peace and Trust”, we would like to inform you that on October 22, 2025, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan organized an online scientific-practical conference titled “Advanced Information Programs in Learning Foreign Languages”. At this conference, Merjen Bayramguliyeva, a lecturer at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, delivered a presentation on “The Role of AI in Modern English Education”, and Aýbölek Ashyrowa, a first-year student (scientific supervisor: B. Oraztaganova), presented on “Mastering English with AI: Using Deepseek and ChatGPT.” They actively participated in the event.
