A training seminar was held on October 22 th participation of the lecture of the faculty of economics and management of the Turkmen state architecture and construction institute. The construction sector is a system of interrelated branches of the national economy. In these sectors, production and economic relations, their specific characteristics, and jointly implemented activities are studied. As is well known, each branch of the economy functions independently while simultaneously contributing to the development of others. This feature is clearly visible in the construction complex of the national economy. The construction sector provides other branches of the economy with production capacities, facilities, residential buildings, roads, and other structures, thereby creating conditions for the continuous functioning of national production.
In this regard, the effective fulfillment of economic tasks largely depends on the development of the construction industry. At the same time, nearly half of all material costs used in the construction of buildings and structures fall on the share of the construction materials industry. Therefore, it serves as the material foundation for various sectors, especially for construction production, and plays a decisive role in economic development through construction.
In the Year of International Peace and Trust, during the celebration of the Neutrality Day, our Hero Arkadag Serdar was awarded the honorary title “Honored Architect of Turkmenistan.” In the capital of our country, in the first “smart city” of the region — the city of Arkadag — as well as in the velayats, large modern model complexes of healthcare and sports facilities were built and put into operation. These facilities are developed in accordance with international standards and based on innovative technologies, advanced medical science, and experience, and they stand out for their excellent architectural design. Such exemplary projects are being implemented in all corners of our country.
During the Era of Happiness of our Prosperous Homeland, the appearance of cities and villages is being renewed, and modern towns and settlements are being built on previously empty lands. Along with this, the construction of buildings and facilities for production and humanitarian sectors is expanding on a wide scale. These include residential buildings, educational, cultural, and sports facilities, industrial enterprises, agro-industrial complexes, transport and communication enterprises, and others.
The Turkmen market is considered attractive in terms of the volume of investments directed toward capital construction. At the same time, private companies, by offering innovations, know-how, and technologies, gain opportunities to succeed in international competition. The products of the construction industry include production capacities and non-production facilities. The production base of the construction sector is formed by the construction industry, which consists of general construction, installation, and specialized companies, associations, and production organizations that carry out construction and installation work. In construction, organizations, associations, combines, factories, and plants of industry, as well as workshops, are engaged in production activities and are considered production enterprises.
In general, a comprehensive approach is applied in the construction policy of our country to solve all issues and ensure the implementation of projects. The constructed buildings and facilities make the appearance of cities and villages even more beautiful, meeting high standards of quality, reliability, and aesthetics. State-level supervision of the implementation of construction projects ensures that buildings and structures are completed on time and with high quality. Conditions are provided for contractors to complete their work with high quality and within the established deadlines. Foreign companies also show great interest in expanding cooperation with Turkmenistan in this area.
