On October 22, 2025, third-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, majoring in “Logistics” at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, conducted a practical activity aimed at consolidating their theoretical knowledge — studying the general requirements for reports on determining the value of real estate property.
The activity involved the inspection and photographic documentation of the object. The inspection included the following components:
Photographic documentation involves capturing the surroundings, entrances, front and rear facades of the building, various installations, classrooms, corridors, construction readiness and technical condition, distinctive features of the object, and other significant value-forming characteristics. The inspection should allow for a comprehensive description of the visible value-determining factors of the property.
The territory of our capital, which has become one of the most beautiful cities in the world, continues to expand with the construction of new residential buildings, industrial and park zones. In the framework of the city’s phased development, the construction of modern residential buildings and socio-cultural facilities is being carried out at an accelerated pace. The streets of the capital are being adapted to modern standards, and modern bridges, as well as underground and overhead pedestrian crossings, are being built.
One of the main tasks of the construction industry is to build new enterprises for the production of high-quality and large-volume construction materials, to modernize existing enterprises, and to introduce new technologies and equipment into production.
The national construction system includes mechanisms for state registration of property rights to real estate and their implementation, property valuation processes, factors influencing real estate prices, theories of real estate market operation, as well as systematic information on economic processes related to real estate involving individuals and legal entities, and the main areas of activity related to real estate.
The scientific and innovative work to be carried out using the innovative equipment to be installed in the new building complex of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction will play an important role in strengthening the potential of our state, particularly in developing the digital components of our economy. These studies will be conducted by students, master’s students, postgraduate and doctoral researchers, and professors engaged in scientific work — including scientific discoveries, industrial and innovative experiments, engineering and technological ideas, and information-technology research.
