A training seminar entitled “National Holidays of Turkmenistan – the Boundless Pride of the People”

In order to prepare volunteer students for the international events planned to be held in honor of the declaration of 2025 as the “International Year of Peace and Trust” and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent Neutrality, as well as to educate young people to be patriotic and broad-minded, and to inform them of the historical significance of the national holidays of Turkmenistan, on October 20, 2025, the Volunteer Center of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute organized a training seminar entitled “National Holidays of Turkmenistan – the Boundless Pride of the People” with 1st-year volunteer students selected from our institute.

This training seminar was attended by teachers of the “Social Sciences” department, as well as volunteer students. The speech of Senior Lecturer O. Berdiyeva entitled “Review of the History of National Holidays” was especially impressive. She touched upon each of our national holidays, spoke in detail about their history of origin, meaning and essence. Also, the teacher-student of the “Social Sciences” department S. Jumageldiyev made a speech on the topic “History of Neutrality Policy” and gave concrete examples of the Turkmen principle of neutrality. The 1st year volunteer students of the Information Security specialty of the Faculty of Computer Technology and Automation N. Hansaidov and A. Guvanjov made a speech on the topic “International Neutrality Day - the Indestructible Path to Peace” and prepared question-and-answer questionnaires on the history of Turkmen Neutrality.

The volunteer students who participated in the training seminar received useful information about the national holidays of our country. At the end of the training seminar, the speakers expressed their gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and our Hero Serdar Arkadagly, who paved the way for the high-level celebration of our national holidays.
