The Lecturers of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction Completed the International Course on Climate Change

A group of professors and lecturers from the Faculty of Architecture and Construction of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute successfully completed the online course titled "Climate Change International Legal Regime”, organized by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).

This training course was aimed at studying the legal framework that operates at a global level in the fight against climate change. During the course, our lecturers extensively studied the provisions and obligations of key international documents such as the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the Kyoto Protocol, and the Paris Agreement, as well as issues related to mitigation and adaptation.

The completion of such high-quality training confirms our institute's consistent contribution to implementing national environmental protection strategies and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The new knowledge acquired by our lecturers will serve as a strong foundation for conducting educational and scientific research in the future to develop green engineering and implement environmentally friendly solutions in our country.
