On October 17, 2025, Agamyrat Saparov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Water, Gas and Heat Supply at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, took part in the “A Creative State is a Prosperous State” television program broadcast on the “Ashgabat” TV channel.
During the program, detailed discussions were held on the achievements of our country’s construction industry, the harmonious combination of architecture and technology in shaping the modern appearance of cities, as well as the ongoing work aimed at training young specialists in higher educational institutions.
In his speech, Agamyrat Saparov emphasized the special role of educated, hardworking, and innovatively minded young professionals as the foundation of Turkmenistan’s economic development. He noted that advanced experience is being introduced into the country’s construction sector, modern technologies are being implemented, and strict control over environmental safety is ensured.
Throughout the program, the lecturer highlighted the important role of young construction specialists in the progressive development of our Motherland.
