In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of our powerful state, in the "Year of International Peace and Trust," broad opportunities are being created under the leadership of our esteemed Supreme Commander-in-Chief for military cadets to study modern military sciences. The systematic improvement of the military education system in accordance with international standards, the continuous strengthening of the material, technical, and legal foundation of military higher educational institutions, and the creation of all necessary conditions for educating young cadets to be knowledgeable, well-rounded professionals are among the top priorities. Developing science and education, integrating the latest scientific achievements into the military education system, and enhancing the country’s scientific potential are some of our key objectives. In line with this goal, cadets from the Civil Defense Faculty of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute participated in field training at the new building complex of TSACI, the construction of which was initiated with the blessing of Arkadag Heroic Serdar. This training helped cadets acquire modern professional skills, deepen their theoretical knowledge in architectural construction, road construction, the chemical industry, and civil defense, improve their practical military skills, integrate digital technologies into civil defense, and study new scientific concepts, advanced research, and technological experiences.
During the training, cadets learned about planning civil defense measures during the construction phase, key actions to enhance the resilience of buildings and structures to natural phenomena and emergencies, as well as methods for preliminary planning of seismic stability in newly built facilities. Additionally, they studied how to monitor the implementation of these measures by construction enterprises and organize civil defense, which is mandatory for the population of Turkmenistan.
