During the "Year of International Peace and Trust", active cooperation in science and education between the Turkmen State of Architecture and Construction Institute and educational institutions in Turkmenistan continues. As part of this collaboration, a seminar was held at the Ashgabat Vocational School of Construction on October 14, 2025, at the initiative of the Industrial Ecology Department of the Faculty of Chemical Technology. Associate Professor of the Industrial Ecology Department, Candidate of Technical Sciences Shamuhammet Saryev, and lecturer Shohrat Durdyev presented at the seminar on the topic of "Reducing the environmental impact of industrial plants"
The primary goal of this seminar was to explore methods for reducing the environmental impact of industrial plants, focusing on the role of innovative technologies and engineering solutions in achieving sustainability. Discussions centered on the challenges and opportunities within the industrial sector for reducing ecological damage and integrating eco-friendly practices.
By the end of the seminar, students had gained a deeper understanding of how industrial plants affect the environment and the importance of adopting sustainable technologies. They emphasized the need for global cooperation and technological innovation in addressing environmental challenges.
At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their gratitude to our Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar and the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero Arkadag for the opportunities provided to collaborate with foreign higher educational institutions and for the chance to deeply study ecological education during the “Year of International Peace and Trust” in the new era of the Revival of the Powerful State.
