In the era of the Revival of a new era of a Powerful State, in honor of the proclamation of 2025 as the “Year of International Peace and Trust” and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, a demonstrative online lesson on “The Role of Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality in the System of International Law” was held on October 7, 2025, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Faculty and students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute participated in the event. The information presented by the experienced diplomat, revealing the historical roots of the principle of neutrality, was quite impressive.
