In order to improve the implementation of the youth policy in the country, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan organized an online training-methodological seminar prepared by the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management.
The Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction took an active part in this event. The main topic of the seminar focused on the creation of support programs in such key sectors as IT, agriculture, and the “green economy,” as well as the provision of grants and tax benefits for the implementation of more effective projects. In addition, participants discussed the program for supporting start-up enterprises and the mechanism for establishing a system of “Youth Start-up Incubators.”
The online training-methodological seminar was held on October 7, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Representatives of higher educational institutions — including chairpersons of Primary Youth Organizations, officials responsible for youth policy, chairpersons of Young Scientists’ Councils, and young researchers — took part in the event.
This seminar became an important step toward expanding opportunities for the country’s youth to gain modern knowledge and experience, as well as supporting new initiatives and innovative projects.
