Turkmenistan’s internationally recognized status of Permanent Neutrality affirms the country’s commitment to peace, trust, and humanism. In the year of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations, this doctrine aligns with the nation’s historical and cultural path, serving as a strong pillar of regional stability and domestic development. The article shows how neutrality offers an exemplary model of cooperation and further elevates the state’s international standing.
